Azerbaijani athletes will compete in three disciplines on the final day of the Islamic Games
On the last day of the VI Islamic Solidarity Games in the Saudi Arabian capital Riyadh, Azerbaijani athletes will compete in three disciplines.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, Amirkhan Guluzade (77 kg) and Magsudkhan Guluzade (62 kg) will compete in jiu-jitsu, Zahra Dadashova (61 kg) and Jeyhun Mahmudov (59 kg) in para powerlifting, and Aganazar Novruzov (74 kg), Arseniy Jioev (86 kg), Magomedkhan Magomedov (97 kg) and Georgiy Meshvildishvili (125 kg) in freestyle wrestling.
It should be noted that Azerbaijan ranked 10th in the medal standings, winning 55 medals (8 gold, 18 silver, 29 bronze medals).
The Islamic Solidarity Games will conclude today.
