Azerbaijan rose to the second place in the medal count of the III CIS Games

Azerbaijan has risen to second place in the medal count at the III CIS Games.

According to BAKU.WS with reference to the official website of the competition, at the moment the country has 23 gold, 44 silver and 67 bronze medals.

The list of leaders is headed by Russia (89 gold, 40 silver and 28 bronze medals), Belarus is in third place (20 gold, 23 silver and 38 bronze medals).

So far, representatives of seven nine countries have won medals.

Note that the III CIS Games will end on October 8.
