Azerbaijan national futsal team returned to their homeland
The Azerbaijan national futsal team, which won gold medals at the European Championship in Slovakia, has returned home.
As Report informs, the plane carrying the national team landed at Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
At the airport, the champions were greeted by fans, relatives, and members of the public.
It should be recalled that the Azerbaijan national team became European futsal champions for the second time in its history. In the final match of the tournament held in the Slovak capital Bratislava, the Azerbaijani team defeated Ukraine 2:0.
The Azerbaijan national team won the European Championship title for the first time in 2022.
