Ali Javadly claimed victory at the U-17 World Championship in Baku

Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestler Ali Javadli won a victory at the U-17 World Championship in Baku.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the athlete, competing in the 45 kg weight category, defeated Bulgaria's Ognyan Burgazov 9:0 in the qualification round.

It should be noted that the competitions are being held at the National Gymnastics Arena. Around 700 young wrestlers from more than 60 countries are participating in the competition. Azerbaijan is represented at the world championship by 29 wrestlers.
