2026 World Cup: Spain thrashed Saudi Arabia in second round match

The Spain national football team thrashed Saudi Arabia in a second round group stage match of the World Cup.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the match at "Atlanta Stadium" in the USA ended with a score of 5:0.

Goals for Spain were scored by Lamine Yamal (10'), Mikel Oyarzabal (21', 24'), as well as Saudi defender Hassan at-Tambakti, who recorded an own goal (49').

After this victory, Spain moved to the top of Group H with 4 points. In the other group match, the national teams of Uruguay and Cape Verde will play, with kickoff scheduled for 02:00 on Monday, Baku time.
