TikToker Roshka arrested again

Rovshan Suleymanzade, known on TikTok as Roshka, has been arrested again in Baku.
According to lent.az, the blogger was detained during a police special operation targeting the promotion of immorality in social media live streams.
During a court hearing presided over by Judge Solmaz Mustafayeva of the Nasimi District Court, Rovshan Suleymanzade was sentenced to 4 months in detention as a preventive measure.
The TikToker is charged under Article 234.4.3 (illegal acquisition, possession, transportation, shipping or sale of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
It's worth noting that this is not the first arrest of the controversial blogger. Previously, Rovshan Suleymanzade had already spent 45 days in custody for similar offenses.
