Melissa Group suspends sales of apartments at the foundation pit stage

Construction company Melissa Group has suspended the sale of apartments at the foundation pit stage.

As iqtisadiyyat.az reports, the corresponding order was given by the management of Melissa Group.

It is noted that sales of apartments in already completed buildings, as well as renovation works will continue as usual.

Recall that on March 27, the construction company Melissa Group demolished a residential building in the Yasamal district of Baku, which caused a great public outcry.

After the scandalous demolition of the residential building, the head of Melissa Group Galib Mamedov and a company employee, excavator driver Gala Eynullaev were arrested.
