In Guba, a film crew's vehicle fell into a ravine: there is one dead and several injured

A severe traffic accident occurred on the Guba - Khynalyg road section passing through the territory of Galayhudat village in Guba district.

As BAKU.WS reports with reference to Bizim.Media, as a result of the accident, the driver of the Ford vehicle died at the scene. Currently, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan are working at the site to extract the body of the deceased, which was trapped in the deformed vehicle.

According to the information received, the vehicle involved in the accident belonged to a technical group heading to Gryz village for filming a movie. Sanitary equipment was also being transported in the vehicle. It is reported that this film is being shot jointly with partners from Japan.

During the accident, one of the passengers in the vehicle fell into a ravine and was taken to the Guba Central District Hospital by an ambulance team.

According to preliminary data, the accident occurred due to the driver losing control in dense fog conditions. The vehicle went off the road and fell into a ravine from a height of approximately 100 meters.

An investigation is being conducted regarding this incident.
