In Azerbaijan, the "Rules for importing medicines for humanitarian purposes" have been changed

The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has made changes to the "Rules for the import of medicines for humanitarian purposes", approved by the decree of September 25, 2005.
In this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decision.
According to the decision, from now on, when registering medicines imported into the territory of Azerbaijan for humanitarian purposes at customs points, applicants importing these medicines must present the consent of the Cabinet of Ministers to the customs authorities. Until now, the consent of the Republican Commission for International Humanitarian Aid was required.
