Important announcement regarding the cost of bus travel

Recently, information about a possible increase in transportation fares has been spreading in the media and social networks. However, official structures have denied these reports.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to APA-Economics, the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA), subordinate to the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, stated that the fare still remains 50 qapiks and there are no decisions to increase tariffs.

Earlier, the press service of Baku Metro CJSC also stated that they have no information about plans to change transportation fares.
