How long will the unstable weather in Azerbaijan last?

Heavy precipitation is expected in several regions of Azerbaijan on the night of April 14-15, with heavy rains by the 16th.

According to the warning, thunderstorms and hail are forecasted in some places, and snow in mountainous regions. As a result of intense rainfall, mudflows and floods are likely in mountain rivers.

On April 15-16, a western wind will blow at a speed of 15-20 m/s, which will temporarily intensify to 25-30 m/s.

In Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula, short-term rains are expected on the night of April 14-15, with heavy rains on April 15-16. From the night of April 14-15 until the end of the day on April 17, a northwestern wind is forecasted at a speed of 15-20 m/s, which will temporarily intensify to 25-30 m/s.

Unstable weather conditions in Azerbaijan will persist until April 17.
