Heavy rains in Azerbaijan led to a distressing consequence

The emergency hotline 112 of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) of Azerbaijan received reports of flooding in some areas due to rains that began overnight.

This was reported with reference to the MES.

Based on the information received, forces from the State Fire Protection Service of the department were immediately dispatched to these areas.

Thanks to prompt measures, they managed to pump water from flooded areas in the cities of Baku and Ganja and ensure the implementation of other necessary safety measures.
