Individuals creating objects that contribute to mass gatherings of birds posing a danger to aircraft flights will be fined up to 10 thousand manats.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this is reflected in the proposed amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses, which were discussed at today's meeting of the Milli Mejlis.

According to the bill, for launching pyrotechnic products without appropriate permission or creating objects that contribute to mass gatherings of birds dangerous for aircraft flights, individuals will be fined three thousand manats, officials - five thousand manats, and legal entities - ten thousand manats.

Currently, a fine of fifty manats is applied for this act.

The bill was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
