Alarming situation in a residential building in Baku

In the Sabunchi district of Baku, in the Bakikhanov settlement, residents of an apartment building live in constant fear due to the dilapidated condition of the building.

Lachin Mamedova, who lives in this dangerous structure, contacted the BAKU.WS "hotline" with an alarming complaint.

According to the complainant, the critical situation has developed in a three-story residential building at the address: General Samedbey Mekhmandarov Street, 21.

"The service life of the building expired many years ago. The ceiling in my apartment has collapsed four times already. Fortunately, no one was injured. The responsible organizations have repeatedly informed us that the house will be demolished, however, specific timeframes are not provided," - emphasized the resident of the dilapidated house.
