Alla Pugacheva publicly addressed the late Valentin Yudashkin

Iconic Russian designer Valentin Yudashkin died on May 2, 2023, after a long battle with cancer. Today he would have turned 62, and family together with close friends honored the memory of the fashion legend.

On the fashion designer's birthday, Alla Pugacheva spoke out for the first time in a long time. The People's Artist of the USSR had not appeared on her personal blog for almost a month, but today she reconnected. She published a portrait of Valentin Abramovich with a thoughtful and sad look. The photo was taken by photographer Vladimir Shirokov. "I took this portrait of Valentin in 2007 at his Fashion House on Kutuzovsky. We continued to collaborate after that, but this portrait remains my favorite," he said. "You are always in my heart," the singer captioned the image.
