Zakir Hasanov is on an official visit to Vietnam

The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, is on an official visit to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by the Ministry of Defense.

On September 2, Colonel General Z. Hasanov participated in the ceremonial event dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

At the event, held at Ba Dinh Square in Hanoi with the participation of state officials, foreign guests and citizens, Vietnam's historical struggle for independence was emphasized and the achievements of the people on the path of national unity and socialist development were noted.

As part of the ceremony, there were official speeches, literary and artistic compositions, a performance by a military orchestra and various cultural programs, as well as a military parade.

During the visit, meetings between the Minister of Defense and the head of state and military leadership of Vietnam are planned.
