# What conditions will be created in the new residential complex in Nakhchivan?

On August 11, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev laid the foundation in the city of Nakhchivan for a social housing complex consisting of 518 apartments.

Baku TV prepared a report on the new residential complex, the construction of which has already begun.

It should be noted that a land plot of approximately 5 hectares has been allocated for the construction of multi-apartment residential buildings (subsidized housing) in the city of Nakhchivan.

The complex will comprise 16 six- and seven-story buildings. There will be a total of 518 apartments. Of these, 93 will be one-bedroom, 37 will be two-bedroom, 351 will be three-bedroom, and 37 will be four-bedroom.

The necessary infrastructure will be created in the residential complex for the comfort of residents. A kindergarten and public catering facilities are planned to be built here. The complex will be equipped with electricity, gas, and water supply systems, as well as sewage drainage systems.
