War veterans have been assigned a monthly pension of 2,200 manats

From July 1, 2025, the amounts of monthly pensions of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan will increase

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to AZERTAG, this was reflected in the decree of President Ilham Aliyev on increasing the amount of social benefits, presidential pensions and pensions for honorary titles, as well as on amendments to some decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

According to the document, persons who have been awarded the title of "Hero of the Patriotic War" of the Republic of Azerbaijan will receive a monthly pension of 2,200 (two thousand two hundred) manats.

The pension amount for each person who has been awarded the title of National Hero of Azerbaijan will be 2,000 (two thousand) manats.

Also, the amount of the personal pension of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan is set at 1,700 (one thousand seven hundred) manats.
