As reported by AZERTAG, this was stated by US Vice President JD Vance in a joint press statement with President Ilham Aliyev.

"Why should we fight each other when we can engage in trade, build partnerships with one another?! I believe that the partnership between the USA and Azerbaijan will lead to even greater peace and security in the region. American workers will gain access to additional markets. This will create a better world where people will trade instead of fighting each other," noted JD Vance.
