UN Deputy Secretary-General noted Azerbaijan's contribution to climate diplomacy and multilateral cooperation

Azerbaijan's continuous efforts remain important at a time when the need for them is felt more than ever.

As reported by BAKU.WS, UN Deputy Secretary-General Amina Mohammed wrote about this in her account on the social network X.

"Substantive discussion with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. From Azerbaijan's successful COP29 presidency to hosting the World Urban Forum (WUF13) - continuous efforts to advance climate diplomacy, multilateralism and cooperation remain important at a time when the need for collective action is felt more than ever," noted Amina J. Mohammed.
