Tofig Bakikhanov awarded with the "Emek" order of the 1st degree

The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order on awarding Tofig Ahmed Aga oglu Bakhikhanov with the "Emek" (Labor) Order of the 1st degree.

As Azertaj reports, the text of the document states:

"Guided by paragraph 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decree:

To award Tofig Ahmed Aga oglu Bakhikhanov with the "Emek" Order of the 1st degree for his long-term fruitful activity in the development of Azerbaijani music culture"."
