The wife of an Azerbaijani serviceman, Colonel Ramil Safarov, Shabnam Safarova has been appointed as the director of the Study in Azerbaijan project.

According to Sh.Safarova, beginning her activity as the director of the Study in Azerbaijan project has become a new, interesting, and at the same time responsible stage in her professional career.

"The Study in Azerbaijan project, implemented on the initiative of the Ministry of Science and Education, is a national initiative based on a public-private partnership model. Its goal is to internationally promote Azerbaijan's higher education system, increase the attractiveness of the country's educational opportunities for foreign students, as well as expand international cooperation.

Within the framework of the project, one of the key directions will be the formation of a unified digital and institutional ecosystem, covering the stages of student promotion and admission, visa and housing support, as well as integration processes.

I believe that on this path, full of new challenges and opportunities, together with our team we will be able to achieve significant and successful results," she noted.
