The US Embassy harshly reacted to the attack of Iranian drones against Azerbaijan

The Embassy of the United States of America (USA) in Azerbaijan strongly condemned the drone attacks carried out by Iran against Azerbaijan on March 5.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated in the embassy's publication:

"The United States strongly condemns the unprovoked drone attack carried out on March 5 by the Iranian regime against the Republic of Azerbaijan, targeting Nakhchivan International Airport and a secondary school.

The attack injured innocent civilians and damaged important civilian infrastructure. These strikes are not only a gross violation of Azerbaijan's sovereignty but also an unjustified escalation of Iran's aggressive behavior. The United States of America stands in full solidarity with Azerbaijan in the face of these threats. Attacks on the territory of our partners in the region are unacceptable, and such incidents will be met with resolute U.S. support for these partners."
