The second meeting of the Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan High Interstate Council will be held in Astana.

As BAKU.WS reports, this was announced by President Ilham Aliyev in an interview with "Kazinform" agency.

Noting the importance of holding the High Interstate Council, the first meeting of which took place last year during the state visit of the President of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan, the head of state said: "During the upcoming second meeting in Astana, further prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation and steps to take Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan relations to a new level will be discussed."
