The possible date of US Vice President Vance's visit to Azerbaijan has become known

U.S. Vice President JD Vance, after participating in the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympic Games to be held in the city of Milan, will visit Azerbaijan and Armenia.

As reported by BAKU.WS citing Associated Press, Vance will head the U.S. delegation to the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympic Games. The delegation will also include his wife Usha Vance, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and U.S. Ambassador to Italy Tilman Fertitta.

It is noted that President Donald Trump has tasked the Vice President with preparing a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

The opening ceremony of the Winter Olympic Games will take place on February 6 in the Italian city of Milan.

As a reminder, at the end of January, Trump announced that Vance would visit Armenia and Azerbaijan.
