The official welcoming ceremony for President Ilham Aliyev was held in Tashkent

On August 23, an official welcoming ceremony for the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev was held at the "Kuksaroy" State Residence in Tashkent.

As reported by BAKU.WS, an honor guard was lined up in honor of President Ilham Aliyev at the square where the state flags of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan were flying.

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev welcomed President Ilham Aliyev.

The national anthems of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan were played.

The commander of the honor guard delivered a report to the President of Azerbaijan.

The Presidents reviewed the honor guard.

Representatives of the state and government of Uzbekistan were introduced to President Ilham Aliyev, and members of the Azerbaijani delegation were introduced to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

To the sounds of a military march, the honor guard marched past the Presidents.
