The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan made a statement about the framework document for the implementation of TRIPP

Head of the Press Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Ayhan Hajizadeh responded to a question from local media regarding the framework document for the implementation of the "Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity" (TRIPP).

The Foreign Ministry representative noted that the adoption of this document once again demonstrates the American side's commitment to the agreements reached during the Washington summit on August 8, 2025, and is also important for initiating practical steps in this direction.

"This is also significant in terms of fulfilling the obligations undertaken by Armenia," he emphasized.

A. Hajizadeh added that ensuring unimpeded communication with the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic is one of the key priorities for Azerbaijan. According to him, the TRIPP route, in addition to this, is important for the diversification of trade and transport links on a broader regional scale.
