The Milli Majlis sent a congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva on the fifth anniversary of November 8 - Victory Day.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, the proposal was made by the Chairperson of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova at today's plenary session of the parliament.
The deputies greeted the speaker's proposal with applause.
