The Head of the Executive Authority appointed a first deputy

The Head of the Executive Authority (EA) of Mingachevir city, Ilham Ismayilov, has appointed a first deputy.

As reported by BAKU.WS citing iqtisadiyyat.az, the corresponding order has already been signed.

According to the document, this position was taken by Makhluga Javadova.

It should be noted that for several years the head of the EA did not have a first deputy. Before the latest appointment, Makhluga Javadova worked as deputy head of the EA and headed the municipal economy department since 2014. As a result of structural changes, this position was abolished.

Makhluga Javadova was born in 1965, received higher education in Russia, specializing as a mechanical engineer. She has been working in executive authorities since 2007, during which time she has held various positions.
