The Embassy of Ukraine in Azerbaijan has lowered its flags

The Embassy of Ukraine in Azerbaijan lowered flags and opened an electronic book of mourning for those killed in a missile strike on the Ukrainian city of Sumy.
As BAKU.WS reports with reference to Report, Ukrainian Ambassador Yuriy Gusev wrote about this on his social media page.
"Today, the state flags at the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Azerbaijan and Ukrainian diplomatic missions around the world are lowered in mourning for the dead. [...] 34 people were killed, and another 117 people were injured. We express our sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of the deceased," he wrote.
The ambassador noted that the electronic book of mourning will be active on April 14 and 15. Condolences can be expressed by sending an email to [email protected].
It should be noted that the day before, Russian troops launched a missile strike on the city of Sumy.
The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, stated that the strike on Sumy with two Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles was carried out by units of the 112th and 448th brigades of the Russian army.
