The bodies of Ziyaddin and Huseyn Safarov will undergo repeated examination in Azerbaijan

The bodies of Azerbaijanis - brothers Ziyaddin and Huseyn Safarov - killed by FSB officers in Yekaterinburg, Russia, will be sent for a repeated forensic examination in Azerbaijan.

As Report informs, their brother Seyfeddin Huseynli told this to journalists.

According to Huseynli, the family categorically does not trust the results of the examination conducted by the Russian side. "The version that my brothers allegedly died 'from anxiety' is absolutely unconvincing," he emphasized.

Recall that on the morning of June 27, the Russian FSB raided the homes of Azerbaijanis in Yekaterinburg. During the raid, two people were killed and several others were injured. The killed Azerbaijanis are brothers of well-known journalist Seyfaddin Huseynli.

On June 28, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan issued a statement demanding an investigation and holding accountable those responsible for this unacceptable act of violence. Later, the Russian Chargé d'Affaires was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a strong protest was expressed to him regarding the incident.
