The Azerbaijani people honor the memory of Heydar Aliyev

It has been 22 years since the passing of Heydar Aliyev - the architect and founder of the modern independent Azerbaijani state, a world-renowned political figure, and the national leader of the Azerbaijani people.

As reported by BAKU.WS, since the morning of December 12, representatives of Azerbaijani society - intellectuals, public figures, civil servants, youth, as well as citizens who arrived from various regions and cities of the republic - are heading to the Alley of Honor to visit the grave of the great leader, lay flowers at the monument and offer prayers for the repose of his soul.
