The action plan has been approved in connection with declaring 2025 as the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty"
President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on approval of the "Action Plan in connection with declaring 2025 in the Republic of Azerbaijan as the Year of Constitution and Sovereignty".
As AZERTAG reports, the document states:
"Guided by Article 109, paragraph 32 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in accordance with the Presidential Order "On declaring 2025 in the Republic of Azerbaijan as the Year of Constitution and Sovereignty" dated December 28, 2024, number 432, I hereby decree:
1. to approve the "Action Plan in connection with declaring 2025 in the Republic of Azerbaijan as the Year of Constitution and Sovereignty"
2. The Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall coordinate and monitor the implementation of activities provided for in the action plan approved by part 1 of this order.
3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall resolve issues arising from this order".
