Tarlan Mammadov appointed as Honorary Consul of Paraguay in Azerbaijan

Paraguay has appointed an honorary consul in Azerbaijan.

This was reported to Report by the Ambassador of Paraguay to Azerbaijan, whose residence is located in Ankara, Guillermo Sosa (Cirilo Guillermo Sosa Flores).

According to him, Tarlan Mammadov has been appointed as the Honorary Consul of Paraguay in Baku.

"We believe that his activities will make a significant contribution to the development of commercial, cultural, and institutional ties between Azerbaijan and Paraguay," the diplomat emphasized.
