Russia dreams of a coup in Baku, but is itself falling apart

The traditional meeting of President Ilham Aliyev with participants of the III Shusha Media Forum, who for the first time this year had the opportunity to ask questions to the head of the Azerbaijani state not from the venue of the forum in Shusha, but from the liberated khan's village of Khankendi, continues to stir up - we are not afraid to use this word - the world community. Yes, precisely the world! After all, reactions to President Ilham Aliyev's speech before the forum participants followed from both the Kremlin and the White House, and the internet and social networks were literally filled with assessments and comments from experts of various calibers.
