The heads of state noted the need for prompt de-escalation of tensions, emphasizing the importance of resolving issues through negotiations.
The Presidents of Azerbaijan and Turkey exchanged views on the agenda of brotherly relations and strategic alliance relations between our countries.
During the telephone conversation, the heads of state also discussed issues related to future contacts.
