Putin met with his Iranian counterpart

Russian President Vladimir Putin held a bilateral meeting with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to TASS, the conversation took place in the residence of the Russian leader, which during Putin's stay in Tianjin is the Ritz-Carlton hotel.
After the conclusion of events at the SCO+ summit, Putin and his guest moved to the hotel. The Russian leader was accompanied by Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Maxim Oreshkin, Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov, Presidential Aide for International Affairs Yuri Ushakov, Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut, Minister of Transport Andrey Nikitin, Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov, Minister of Energy Sergey Tsivilev, Head of Rosatom Alexey Likhachev, and Head of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation Dmitry Shugaev.
