On July 30, Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov met with Prosecutor General of Georgia Giorgi Gvarakidze.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the Cabinet of Ministers, during the meeting it was noted that the strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Georgia, based on mutual trust and the principles of good neighborliness, is developing successfully.

The parties also expressed satisfaction with the strengthening of cooperation between the prosecution authorities of the two countries.

The importance of enhancing the joint fight against cross-border and cybercrime, as well as other modern challenges, was emphasized. It was noted that the continued exchange of experience and information on issues of mutual interest would contribute to the further development of cooperation.

During the conversation, the prospects for further interaction between the prosecution offices of Azerbaijan and Georgia were discussed.

Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan Kamran Aliyev also participated in the meeting.
