President: We understand very well the necessity of developing urban planning

We understand very well the need for the development of urban planning, especially in capital cities.

As reported by AZERTAC, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev stated this at the opening ceremony of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).

The head of state added that in the development of urban planning, one should first and foremost apply a bold yet at the same time cautious approach.
