President: We are very enthusiastic about restoring strong partnership relations with the USA

We were very disappointed with the deterioration of relations between the previous US administration and Azerbaijan.

As AZERTAJ reports, President Ilham Aliyev said this in an interview with Euronews TV channel.

Emphasizing that the position of the former US administration was an unfair approach to Azerbaijan's national interests, the head of state noted: "Therefore, we are very enthusiastic about restoring strong partnership relations with the US under the Trump administration".
