By participating in the opening of this Memorial Complex, we once again declare that today the Azerbaijani state is so strong that no one would even think of carrying out any provocation against us.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev at a meeting with representatives of the public of the Khojaly district.
"Azerbaijan is no longer what it was in 1992. Today we have a strong state capable of defending itself," the head of state noted.
