President: The most reliable and secure route connecting Central Asia with Europe passes through Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan has long defined its foreign policy priorities. At the same time, today we play the role of a kind of bridge between East and West.

As reported by AZERTAG, President Ilham Aliyev said this in a press statement with Slovak President Peter Pellegrini.

"The investments that we are making today in infrastructure, communications, and the transport sector allow Azerbaijan to become an important part of the East-West transport corridor. We are actively participating in the Middle Corridor project. The most reliable and safest route connecting Central Asia with Europe passes through the territory of Azerbaijan," said the head of state.
