As reported by AZERTAG, this was stated in the address of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the participants of the 13th session of the CICA Think Tank Forum titled "Resonance of Development and Security: Regional Cooperation and Governance in the Institutional Transformation of CICA".
Emphasizing that the forum is being held outside China for the first time, the head of our state also expressed satisfaction that it is organized in Azerbaijan.
