President of Panama congratulated Ilham Aliyev
President of the Republic of Panama José Raúl Mulino Quintero sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
As reported by AZERTAC, the message reads:
"Mr. President.
On behalf of the people and government of Panama, as well as on my own behalf, I am pleased to convey to Your Excellency the most sincere congratulations on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, with wishes of lasting prosperity and progress for Your people.
Marking the 31st anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our countries, we express our sincere desire to further strengthen the bonds of friendship, cooperation and mutual understanding that connect Panama and Azerbaijan, and once again reaffirm our unwavering commitment to peace and development.
Taking advantage of this pleasant opportunity, I express to Your Excellency my highest respect and esteem."
