President of Pakistan congratulated Ilham Aliyev

President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

As reported by AZERTAC, the message reads:
