President of Latvia: I was truly impressed by the White City

I visited the White City and was truly impressed.

As reported by AZERTAC, this was stated by President of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs at the Azerbaijan-Latvia business forum held on April 22 in Baku.

"This idea had been developing since 2011-2012, and you managed, first of all, to clean up the contaminated areas, and then create an architectural marvel - to build a city that is a modern city of the 21st century. This demonstrates the potential of Azerbaijan," said the President of Latvia.
