President of Kazakhstan condemned the attack on Nakhchivan

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev strongly condemned the attack by Iranian unmanned aerial vehicles on the airport in the city of Nakhchivan.

As reported by the press service of the administration of the President of Kazakhstan, the head of state characterized the incident as an act against fraternal, allied Azerbaijan.

He expressed hope for a thorough joint investigation of the incident with Iran and the resolution of the conflict situation through diplomatic means in order to avoid an escalation of tensions in the region.
