President of Iran Masoud Pezeshkian stated that strengthening relations with neighboring countries is the priority of his administration's foreign policy.

He emphasized the need to strengthen relations with neighbors, including Turkey, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and the coastal states of the Persian Gulf.
Speaking on Saturday during an unannounced visit to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pezeshkian said that improving relations with neighboring countries could lead to great achievements. He called on diplomats to adopt a more active approach in their efforts.
