President of Azerbaijan: Security and stability must remain priority issues on the agenda of any country

As reported by AZERTAC, this was stated by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in his speech at the opening ceremony of the XIII Global Baku Forum.

The head of state noted that security and stability issues should remain a priority on the agenda of any country, more than ever before, because without this, everything else becomes meaningless.
