The Freedom Support Act was adopted by the U.S. Congress to provide financial assistance to countries that gained independence after the collapse of the Soviet Union. However, Amendment 907 was introduced by senators supporting Armenia. Incidentally, one of them was President Biden; at the time, he was a senator. This is probably why we faced so many difficulties under the Biden administration," the head of state noted.
